PSAT/NMSQT for Juniors on October 10, 2018

The Preliminary SAT/National Merit Scholarship Qualifying Test (PSAT/NMSQT) is a standardized test administered by the College Board and cosponsored by the National Merit Scholarship Corporation (NMSC) in the United States. Approximately 3.5 million students take the PSAT/NMSQT each year. The scores from the PSAT/NMSQT are used to determine eligibility and qualification for the National Merit Scholarship Program.
When you take the PSAT/NMSQT, you’re automatically screened for the National Merit® Scholarship Program, an academic competition for recognition and scholarships.
For more information, visit NMSC's website or see the Official Student Guide to the PSAT/NMSQT or the Guide to the National Merit® Scholarship Program (for educators). The National Merit Scholarship Corporation (NMSC) is a cosponsor of the PSAT/NMSQT.
Juniors will be taking the PSAT at Rochester High the morning of Oct. 10th with the pre-administration on Oct. 4th during 2nd hour. All juniors should plan on attending school both days.
