NO SCHOOL - THANKSGIVING BREAK
There will be no school November 21 - November 25 due to Thanksgiving Break. Enjoy the Wellness Weekend!
SPOTLIGHT ON INSTRUCTION
On a chilly Friday afternoon, Mrs. Kimball’s Foods class was hard at work cooking mac and cheese after the winners of a Mexican Day of the Dead fruit pizza cooking contest chose it as the dish the class would cook. Mrs. Kimball hopes that moments like these, where students have to work as a team in order to prepare a dish, teach them valuable life lessons like working with people they may not know and making sure problems are solved effectively. In addition to preparing meals, the students were responsible for cleanup and preparation, which further helps these young cooks understand the entire process.

BOYS TENNIS CAPS BANNER SEASON AT STATE FINALS
The 2018 season for the Rochester boy’s tennis team was one for the ages. The boys started the season by winning their own Falcon Invite defeating Fraser, Utica Eisenhower and Grosse Ile. The team then proceeded to beat cross town rivals Stoney Creek and Adams to earn city bragging rights and then capped off the OAA season with a league championship on home soil. Heading into Regionals the boys and coaches had high hopes and translated their momentum into a state qualifying effort. The boys then headed to Midland and won 4 matches on the day earning a 15th overall team finish.Congratulations to the boys and coaches on a banner year!
